Welcome. There are so many things you can do to be active even with a bad knee. Bike riding is less stressful, even other forms of exercise such as walking may be less stressful on your knee.
Take care of your knee.
Get out your food journal or use Spark and track. You will be more successful if you do this. If your hubby doesn't want to embrace a plant based diet completely, you can still enjoy a lot of things together and I'm sure he eats more freggies than he used to.
