Looking forward to checking in here, as this is my primary source of cardio and I actually signed up for a half marathon in October. After 40, i needed to up my cardio goals to get this weight off so my friend suggested we train. So far it has been brutal, but rewarding. I am here to learn and offer any support I can. There is strength in numbers!!! emoticon
