Hi Everyone

I am new to sparks people, almost finished my first week and so far doing well!! I am actually a very active person, training for my first triathlon, ran a few marathons in the past, but here you think you loose weight while training, nope not for me I gained weight. I had it stuck in my head that I can eat everything because of the training and I was wrong. So I am going down a new path and here with sparks people I can track my intack to offset my expenditure with training and want to loose 20 pounds in the process
