You have come to a great place... I know SP is part of the reason for my success of losing 12 pound in 69 days.....
Might I make suggestions... track EVERYTHING you eat... SP food tracker is fantastic.... use the fitness tracker as well.... almost everything can be counted as exercise... it is listed in the tracker as well....
Drink your water.... even if you need to add lemon juice or sugar free koolaid or something like that for flavor at first... it helps to keep you from being so hungry... or at least for me it does.
Remember that your exercise does not have to be 30 minutes at a time.. break it down to 10 minutes at a time.... every little bit helps.
