Good morning.You know when people say "just dont eat it" or "just go exercise" When they say that it seems so easy. I wish it was. My emotions and mental is like a road block . I need those two to work with my body. You know when you have a dog on a leash and he doesnt want to move you have to pull him, thats me, pull, pull, pull and off I go.

I totally agree. I'm going to go to bed on time and set the alarm on 6am. Get up and go. No tv, computer, just out the door.

Just keep telling yourself that the rest of the weight will come off faster and will stay off if you add exercise. I don't think about exercising, I just do it otherwise I could easily talk myself out of it.

Hi, my name is Liz and I'm new. My start weight was 244 lbs and now I'm 169.4 ibs. My goal weight is 150 ibs.
My biggest problem is exercising. I need a kick in the butt to get to the gym. My goal is to go atleast 3 times a week.
