Good morning.You know when people say "just dont eat it" or "just go exercise" When they say that it seems so easy. I wish it was. My emotions and mental is like a road block . I need those two to work with my body. You know when you have a dog on a leash and he doesnt want to move you have to pull him, thats me, pull, pull, pull and off I go. Have a great day everybody!
Just keep telling yourself that the rest of the weight will come off faster and will stay off if you add exercise. I don't think about exercising, I just do it otherwise I could easily talk myself out of it.
