My knees seldom bother me but I gave up running many years ago due to problems with my feet and shins. Fast walking or even just using the elliptical are my "way to go." In addition, I do loose weights and floor exercises and stretching.
I'm here to up my cardio from 35-50min to 45-80min on my heavy cardio days. I hope I can contribute to the team and learn some valuable info on how to do this properly without damaging my joints in the long run.
