My advice is take advantage of sparks tools..
Track EVERYTHING... everything you eat and drink and all exercises you do. It helps so very much.

im new to spark and slowly discovering all the neat things it offers. if anyone has any advice i would love some! im in my 20's and trying to get back to my confident, healthy, athletic self. I can no longer fail. Too tired of hating my body!
