I just joined today and this is my first posting. I don't even know if I'm doing this right but here goes anyway. I started using my treadmill again 2 weeks ago and so far I am sticking to it. It helps to have videos on my iPad to watch. I also want different challenges to join to help motivate me even more. So...on with the program.
