Hi everyone. I am new to the team and I live in Mount Holly, Virginia. My name is Kari. I workout generally six days a week. I am married with two toy poodles, 2 grandchildren and 2 children. I only have one husband though -- darn
. I hold a Fit Club at my Church on Saturday morning (Body Sculpting) and Monday evening (Tai Chi). I workout with my trainer two times a week (body sculpting with cardio intervals) and on these days, I hit the treadmill as well. I golf twice a week (with the girls) and with my husband, Tom. I kayak once a week if not more. I am the walking coach at our local YMCA and our main race in the Monument 10k each year, held in Richmond. I also attend one of the other Fit Clubs at our church (hosted by my partner) and we so cardio / aerobics on that day.
I am an amateur photographer, although I am getting ready to do my first wedding in July. Woot Woot.
I am a BeachBody Coach, so I workout to TurborFire, BodyGospel, Tai Cheng, TurboJam and many others (in my spare time).
