I will be on the elliptical today and also use my new weight lifting chair. It is raining again; can't do a walk outside, gardening, or even looking for a blue sky filled with cumulus clouds. Drat. Oh, well, it's supposed to be sunny and hot tomorrow. We'll see how accurate the weather "dunce" is tomorrow!! Guess it is the only job you can be wrong more than 50% of the time and still keep your job. True or what?

Over 60. Replaced my broken treadmill with a new elliptical. Very useful when the weather is not acceptable for my usual walks. Am a great walker and I normally go for anywhere from 30-60 min depending on conditions and energy. Also spend time weightlifting to increase my muscle mass and help in balance, etc.

HELLO ALL, I AM THE MOTHER OF 4 AND 1YR OLD GIRLS. I AM 41 SOON TO BE 42 AND I AM TIRED OF BEING TIRED. I AM NOW 1 POUND OVER MY HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT WHICH IS 186 LBS. HOW DID I GET HERE, WHEN I DIDN'T WEIGH THIS MUCH WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY DAUGHTERS. I GUESS UNEMPLOYMENT, A BREAK UP WITH THE GIRLS DAD AND JUST TRYING TO MAINTAIN IS THE CONTRIBUTING FACTOR. NO MORE "THE TIME IS NOW." I AM EXCITED AND READY TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL.
