Hi, Stephanie. I'm an over 60 retired teacher. Happily married to a super hubby. My weight goes up & my weight goes down. But as my age went over 40s, I have a figure reminiscent of my Momma, i.e. high boobs, large waist & big hips. Since I'm only a "statuesque" 5'3" , I really can't carry the 152-155 lbs. that I was carrying. Since I no longer have a high stress, stand all the time job, it was too easy to put on the weight. And I did! I no longer weigh the original 122. I definitely want to get back to a healthy 135-138!.
So when I found this wonderful website, I knew it could be the "saving grace." I'm still fairly active but not as much as I was when I taught. Sooo I'm planning my meals, adding exercise, and reading almost any information that will help me succeed.
