Good for you! One pound a week is a reasonable goal. It means you are losing fat and not muscle and other things. Good luck on your 5K

I joined sparkpeople in January and struggled with weight loss until May I really have gotten a rhythym down. I have lost 4 lbs now. I'm shooting low on my weight loss goals, only 1 lb a week. I'm excited about what this year will hold. I'm excited to do my first 5K ever and get in shape where I want to be.
