Hello i been with spark people since 2008 but i started working out on the treadmill in 2011 i run at between 4-5 miles per hour using a interval training program called spontanoues run with Serena Williams i alternate my work out by going to the gym twice a week for cardio and stretching i want to lose 15 pounds and gain more muscle currently i weigh 170 by the scale but the scale is not the only way to determine weight lost well thank you for welcoming to the team i will do my best to be a team player that will up lift my members when the need arise...........
I am a 56 year old Grandma with enthusiasm for life. Only it was getting so I couldn't keep up with the kids and grandkids.
