With great effort, I lost the 30 lbs. I'd been battling since my twenties two years ago. Now 25 lbs. have found their way back. I exercise daily (usually zumba, step, elliptical, or yoga), but I couldn't avoid eating regular food forever. Now I'm back to boiled egg whites for breakfast, Amy's meals for lunch, and protein and vegetables for dinner with popcorn and green tea for a snack. I really enjoyed being fit and it was nice not worrying about what to wear. Such effort though...tired of focusing on food so much.
