I haven't gotten to that point yet. Close though. Just remember, it's a lifestyle change and you need to make these changes permanent. I know, easier said than done. Hopefully someone will have some good suggestions for you. Good Luck!

I am not new to the team I joined awhile ago, anyway I use my elliptical, bike I walk, but I am having trouble maintaining my weight. I hate it when my weight starts going up. I just don't know what else to do. Anyone else have this problem? emoticon
