Hi: I am new to SparkPeople and definitely new to the SparkTeam. I am interested in this team because I love to jog/run. My problem is that sometimes I can't get motivated to exercise, I then slip into the path of eating incorrectly--which puts on pounds. This cycle keeps going around and the more upset I get with myself, the more I eat. I am going to try and stay motivated so that I can break the bad cycle.
