i am fearly new to this site..but i find it interesting..now that the nicer weather is upon us i've been doing more walking i try to do a mile everyday besides chasing my kids around and constantly picking up after them. i also use weight watcher...not sure if i should have said that on here..but i need all the motiviation i can get. i love using the treadmill..and elliptical at my gym i go to..and of course walking
