Just joined. Hello!

I walk to work and back everyday. According to SP's map it is 1.3 miles each way and I do it in 25 minutes. And on days I don't work I am on the treadmill for 40 minutes which equals about the same as my walks. :)

You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow. YOU CHOOSE.
