The trick is to start small and work your way forward. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it. The first time I got on an elliptical, I felt like I was dying after five minutes. Just do what you can and try to slowly increase each week or so.

You can do it!

Hi. I am new and struggling. This is all kind of overwhelming for me but I am trying. I am depressed but trying to lose weight if that is even possible.
