i am 57, 248 lbs, have been overweight since high school and really want to get to a healthy weight. I have high blood pressure problems and would like to get it under control and get off the meds. I am a home day care provider and it is hard trying to feed the children food and snacks they like and then i try not to eat along with them. For the past 4 days I have been eating well with greek yogart, fruit chicken and fish and veggies. I have gone weeks with eating healthy and exercising but when trouble strikes, I go back to old ways. I really need help. I am quite sure this program is the one, I feel real hopeful about it.
