I eat 1 or 2 at the most a dove chocolate after dinner to satisfy my chocolate & sweet cravings. Only approx. 55 calories for 2.

Excited about this site and starting a healthy lifestyle! My main issue is sweet tooth and especially after dinner, I know I feel so much better in the morning when I don't eat heavy at night and especially candy but what are some low cal sweets that can help? Strawberries are already on my list!
