Great share and advice, hun! I used to be able to cut the carbs also and lose the weight, but I think sometimes our body's chemistry changes through the years--at least it seemed to do it with me. I hope you can find a meal plan that works for you and gets the results that you're going for!
Go to the top of the page and select "My Trackers" "my Nutrition" and when the nutrition page pops up under "Track Your Food" you'll see "Tracker Options." Choose "Show Meal Plans" under that. From there you have the option to select "Change" beside any of the meals or snacks if it is something you really don't like and then you can choose something you like to eat. Once you've made meal and snack selections for the entire week, you can go to the bottom of the page and print the week's meal plan and your grocery list for the week.
I have always been able to loose weight reducing carbs but no more...everytime I try that now I have kidney issues...yipppess. Time to follow a healthy weight loss program. I know how, fruits vegetable, grains etc....but where is an actual plan to follow on Spark People site...I mean literally a diet plan..is there one?
