Welcome! I have been using the C25K (Couch to 5K) plan to help prepare me for 5K. You can find the program here on Spark or google it & you will find it. If you have a smartphone, there are apps for the program too that are good as well or just use an ipod & go to itunes & download the program to your ipod. Either way, you will find something to help you train. The program works as I was always a walker in the 5K but since I have been training, I can now run up to 27 min. without stopping! Just a few more min. & I will be able to run the 5K!

I am new to the team and am currently training for a 5K. I have ran/walked them in the past but my goal for my April and May race are to run the entire race and get my best time yet!! If anyone has any advice in training please let me know!!!
