Sorry don't think there is a easy way to count calories some people log it into a note book I'm not good either at logging all my foods down daily and I know that is what is hurting me right now I do so much better when I plan my meals for the week log into the SP tracker

Thank you, ProgressForward, but I was hoping for something to do that doesn't involve a computer.
On the upper left hand corner of the page you have a link called "my tracker". When you hover over those words a drop down menu appears. Click on "my nutrition". You can start tracking your food there.
I've always had trouble counting calories. Just seems like too much trouble to write down every little thing and every calorie. But I just realized that the calories could very well be the reason I have been stuck on one weight for a month straight.
So here's the question, do you have any fun/easy ways to count calories, or know of what high calories foods to stay away from? I happen to be clueless here. Any help would definitely be appreciated!
