Hello, i am goal moto which means goal motivated. I use my treadmill allot here lately. 35 mins a day walking with out incline and speeds of 2.5 to 2.8. I have been trying to increase the speed but here lately my left calf muscle cramps up and that makes it hard to to keep the speed increased. I feel if I dont increase the speed I won't burn many calories. Today I had a hard time with the pain and had to take breaks and walk aroubnd and get back on the treadmill and finish the work out. Dose any one have that probelm or any ideas what I can do?
Hi! This is my first day on SparkPeople. I noticed it last week through a pin on Pinterest and was intrigued, so I started to hunt it down today after telling myself when I got up this morning that SOMETHING had to happen to change my lifestyle.
