Well I am new, 40 years old and have abused my body way to long.
I have a membership at 24hour fitness, and started up this week, do any of you have any ideas where to start, my goal is to run again. I once was a pretty fast dude back in the day, i know I won,t get it all back but i want some of it back.
Any ideas and or suggestions?
