Need a little discipline during the morning. Very tired/lazy or both. Okay after working hours and especially killing it on the weekends. Can anyone help me with ideals for the AM? Keep up the good work.
I'm fairly new to SP joined about a couple weeks ago. I was just looking for some teams to join and this one was a fit. I use either the treadmill or elliptical every time I workout, which is about 4 days a week. I'm glad to be back in the gym and getting a new start to weight loss journey.
