I agree with Megan.
Don`t try to do too much all at once or you will burn out.
Just do 10 min.on the ellipt.or treadmill to start out.I do this all the time when I just don`t feel like working out.Once I get started,I always,yes,ALWAYS end up doing more.
And don`t try to alter your eating habits too much too soon or you will get frustrated and give up.
This is always hard for me cause I want to be perfect.
