I agree with Megan. Don`t try to do too much all at once or you will burn out. Just do 10 min.on the ellipt.or treadmill to start out.I do this all the time when I just don`t feel like working out.Once I get started,I always, yes,ALWAYS end up doing more. And don`t try to alter your eating habits too much too soon or you will get frustrated and give up. This is always hard for me cause I want to be perfect. Hang in there! We are all in this together.
Love is`nt something you wait for or something that comes to you from elsewhere, but rather that it`s a behavior,a way of being in the world.
I've heard such great things about the mini in Indiana. I lived in Indy for a few years, so what a great thing to work towards!
The thing that's helped me is taking it slow. I definitely want to do this right, and instead of getting crazy motivated and burning myself out, I've slowly built up on workouts, eating right and exploring the site.
Best of luck in your goals!

Hi Everyone....I'm new to SP and feeling a little overwhelmed with ALL of the information on this website. I've done WW on/off for about 7 1/2 years so I was used to that website and this one is so much more!
I'm 44 and will be participating in my 6th half marathon in May. I'm VERY slow but last year I did finish with my best time of 3:39. I'm worried this year because I gained about 20# last year, found out I have arthritis in my knees and I feel so far behind in my training. I know I've done it before and I've lost weight before but I'm having a hard time getting motivated this year for some reason. We've had a very mild winter in Indiana so that's no excuse and I have an elliptical and a treadmill at home. I think I'm basically just lazy but I know I need to get moving more and get this weight off to feel better both physically and mentally.
I have about 50# to lose in all, I KNOW what I need to do about it....it's just the DOING it that is tough right now!
