I just found this team yesterday. I am a diabetic for the last 19 months. I was walking on my treadmill once a day for 90 minutes at least 6 times a week. The last three months I have been under a lot of stress with two family members with cancer the holidays and I take care of my 78 year old mom. So my Blood sugar numbers were erratic. So I saw my Dr and we devised a plan were I walk 40 minutes on my treadmill after each meal. and 30 minutes if I have a snack. It has only been a week but have all ready see the difference. Number have been steady. I am married to a great guy for the lat 39 years. looking forward to meeting new friends. Love and Light Carol
