Hi! I'm Pam, fast approaching 40. For the first time in my life I feel the need to be healthier instead of skinnier. Of course I am here to lose weight, but it is for my health. I want the positive post-it notes I put all over the place become real feelings.. No more fake it til you make it.. I don't want to fake it anymore.
