After pictures from a party I attended went up on Facebook for all to see, I got with the program--That was last March and by Thanksgiving morning, I had lost exactly 60 pounds and 42 inches--I decided not to torture myself over the holidays and gave myself a break for a few weeks--Gained back 8 pounds, but that was OK--It was nice to remind myself what pizza tastes like!!--

Had to work at it a little bet to get back on the wagon, but am doing pretty well again now and ready to get rid of the last 60--I have my own treadmill and walk 45 minutes almost every day--Have also added a brief routine on the machines at the gym at least twice a week for toning--That we have a really nice fitness center at work makes that easier than it otherwise might be, and for that I'm thankful--

Hope to make some new friends here and wish everyone well--C
