Hi Holly, welcome to the team! Don't be overwhelmed with getting to know the ins and outs, just do it as you like. I can say however that the more you get on and meet people, and check out what your team is doing and talking about you will be more motivated to stick to your goals! On your spark page, you edit page and on the right there is a block for signature. Put what you want and then save changes.

2 questions:

.. so the forum is more of a support group type thing? Share your goals, what you did, ask for help.. that kind of thing?

.. what do you mean by "team"? Is that "treadmill, Elliptical, Runners, Walkers & Etc" or are there subsets within that?

I just joined this am. I have a treadmill at home, in addition to an Xbox 360 Kinect.

Not quite sure how the forum works though. What do people typically share?
