You folks have motivated me. I see the amazing amount of minutes you are puting in. I am commiting myself to using my elliptical twice a day.
I have only been working out for 5 weeks and it was a struggle just to do 10 min when I started, really my legs were burning at 5 mins. I am just now at 20 with hills (resistance and incline).
I am determined to regain my body after having babies. Working on becoming a HOT mama.
