I started on Jan. 1st of this year on my journey to better health. My goal is to get to my healthy weight by my next B-Day which is on Nov. 23rd of this year. I was 202 pounds when I started, now I am163 pounds. I have about 13 more pounds to go. I am not in a hurry. Want to do this the right way and learn how to keep the pounds off and stay at my healthy weight.
