Hi and welcome. You are set with a good plan so I would suggest you join all the teams that pertain or interest you cause the daily messages from all the teams will motivate, educate and support you. It makes me accountable to my new friends to work as hard as all of them are doing to reach our goals.
Hi everone. I'm Saiesha. I'm new to online communities period. I live in WA state. I have about 120 lbs to lose and I hope that joining this forum will help me with accountability. I work out @ home and LA Fitness. In the Federal Way area. I am a commercial driver which means I sit "a lot" and wait. However I work out now at least 4-5 times per week doing differeent things like Bellydance, swimming, and the ellipticle. I am looking for someone to work out with or/and motivate me. I like and have found that working out in the morning is the only time for me unless I have a class @ the gym. That means up @ 4:45am and working out by 5.
