there are alot of good teams you just have to check them out set yourself up on S.P. meal plans an use the nutrition tracker and add your food you comsume....

Good Morning Sparkies
hope I can gain lots of Sparky friends and learn lots of diet ideas... We can do this together there are a lot of foods I'm not allowed to eat bc of my Diabetes and Thyroid but I hope I can learn a lot about them ...My Dr wants me to lose weight I saw a Dietician last week and they follow ADA regulations which is 45g each meal and 15g for each snack ....I want to lose weight not gain... she gave me menu's but I'm only shooting for 30-35G a meal to start... I belong t

Well thought I would look for a team to join. We just bought our first treadmill. I am liking the treadmill so far. I just need to get used to the settings. I hope this is a great team. I am looking for a program on Jogging and running intervals. I am a beginner.
