Good Morning Sparkies hope I can gain lots of Sparky friends and learn lots of diet ideas... We can do this together there are a lot of foods I'm not allowed to eat bc of my Diabetes and Thyroid but I hope I can learn a lot about them ...My Dr wants me to lose weight I saw a Dietician last week and they follow ADA regulations which is 45g each meal and 15g for each snack ....I want to lose weight not gain... she gave me menu's but I'm only shooting for 30-35G a meal to start...
