I've been on SparkPeople for a while too, and only recently I've decided to start getting serious.
I did start with walking but not everyday. My work ends really late and I usually reach home without dinner. I'm totally beat after work. Really gotta find the motivation though. :)
Motivation is the key. Work hard, harder!
Hi everyone. I have been a member of SparkPeople for about a year or maybe a little less and have finally decided that it was time to get serious about my weight loss. I have recently started walking everyday or every other day during my lunch time and am really enjoying myself. I am looking for ways to stay motivated and I thought this team could help.
