Hi! I joined SparkPeople for the interesting information it provided me all on one site. I quickly began to notice that I enjoyed the site so much that I was wanting to take a break from my paperwork to get more involved with what the site offered. That led me to start thinking about myself and my personal habits more....I started exercising more, prioritizing my time better to allow time for active living and I even saw an improvement in my personal life. Tracking it all is easy to do and very efficient. I find myself telling others about the site and all it can offer. Thank you for this innovative resource!
