Hi movers and shakers! I finally found something that works for me! I started thinking about what makes me happy and I realized (after reading the Spark book) that what moves me, shakes me and makes me smile is when I accomplish little things in my day. Last year was a tough year because my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. I was forced to make daily goals and accomplish things to keep myself and my girls happy and healthy. I also reached my healthy goal by the time he came home. Now a year later, I let myself go. I gained weight, I don't accomplish things in my day and worst of all I feel like I didn't have any real purpose. In a sad way, I was happier when he was gone. However, it' a new day, a new life and a new me. I can be the woman that I was designed to be and I now appreciate my family - especially a loving and caring husband who is a true hero and home safe. I hope that you will all join me in this journey of lighting small goals of little sparks that will one day become a spectacular fireworks display!
