Hello! I decided to start off the new year by changing my lifestyle to a healthier one. It's been over a year since I last working out. I've known that I should be doing something, but would always find excuses to put it off. Well not anymore. My energy level has been down and I've been gaining weight. I'm almost back to the highest weight I've ever weighed which I had lost ten years ago. It's time to make a change for the better!
