You can do it! It isn't about making lots of huge changes in your life -- it is about making small lifestyle changes a few at a time and changing how you look at some parts of your life. Try out the nutrition tracker -- it is very eye-opening and spurred me to make a lot of changes in how I was eating.

I know what you mean. Time just slips by and before you know it you are still working off the baby fat between paying student loans. Some of us it just took a little longer. Good job at getting control.

Since having my daughter three and a half years ago I had not been back to my weight. I have being struggleing in all form, Joined sparkpeople about two yrs ago however, I did not take is to serious so here I am again hoping for the best.
