Hi everyone, I am very new to this group and excited for support and advice. I started a walking program 5/26 and haven't stopped. I am trying to push for 6 days a week, 30 minutes a day, hoping to get 2 miles out of it. I already see a "little" of a difference, however, it's probably psychological, because I am just feeling different. I even bought a new pair of sneakers! LOL Whoo hoo.
