Hello.... Welcome to the team.. Having Kids at home and having to work out on a treadmill is a very good choice that's what I use due to that I have kids and a hubby to take care of... no telling house shores.. Good Luck on your wt. loss..

I believe no matter what our age can be if we have a goal we can reach it.. All of use in the same path makes us stronger..

You are certainly very busy; however as you already manage to have time on your treadmill, I would recommend you start jogging-walking in order to burn more calories (and use the same amount of time!)

Hi,
I am a very busy person. I am a wife,mom, and nana. I also go to school and work to support my family. I like to do things with my family. Since I am on the go I walk on my treadmill as a stress relief. I hope to make some friends and get some encouragement to keep losing weight.
