Hi and Welcome to the Team.

As others have mentioned, track your food, make sure you drink your water. One tip...if you have the munchies, drink a class of water first, wait 10 to 15 minutes and if you are still hungry, then go eat a small, reasonable snack.

Read the articles on this site...post to the boards if you need help/encouragement.

Hi and welcome to the team - I don't have much to add that's not been said already.
Do drink your water (it makes a difference)
Track what you eat
Exercise regulary (begin slow and gradually build up)
Concentrate on visual motivators and write down your goals - so if you ever feel like lapsing you have something to focus on to pull you through!

Couple helpful points, drink your water!!!!
Post nutrition and fitness....great motivators....
Try to do some cardio daily---even if its a 15 minute walk---its still something...
