As others have mentioned, track your food, make sure you drink your water. One tip...if you have the munchies, drink a class of water first, wait 10 to 15 minutes and if you are still hungry, then go eat a small, reasonable snack.

Hi and welcome to the team - I don't have much to add that's not been said already. Do drink your water (it makes a difference) Track what you eat Exercise regulary (begin slow and gradually build up) Concentrate on visual motivators and write down your goals - so if you ever feel like lapsing you have something to focus on to pull you through!
