My heart goes out to all who live with chronic pain. My mother-in-law lived with it for most of her latter years.

Prayers today please, hold in the Light:
My daughter who has a promising job interview today
My brother-in-law who has surgery today to repair a damaged ear drum, and especially that his hearing would be improved as a result--no guarantees

For an end to violence in our world and in our hearts

DottieBell - Thank you so much for your prayers. I am thinking of you as well. Chronic pain can be so frustrating.

Sableness - I like your idea. I often find myself praying on my walks. There is something helpful about bringing body and heart together. I also knit and crochet prayer shawls and find it a blessing to remember others in this way,. I will be praying for your daughter and her work situation.

I did something interesting yesterday. I got on my stationary bike for the first time in ages--actually had to dust the thing--and spent 10 min in prayer, holding my family and others in the Light. I've been frustrated over how to fit in prayer and fitness before work. This has possibilities.

My daughter is losing her job at the end of the month and is contemplating a major move.

Somehow praying for others just seems to incease the Blessings that come my way. I also live with chronic pain. No fun. I will keep you closely in my prayers.

DOTTIBELL - It is a privilege to pray for your requests for your friend, Sandy and your son, Bob. Thank you for asking.

I would appreciate prayers for my health. I have fibromyalgia and am in a very severe flare right now which means I am in constant pain. It is difficult to sleep and I struggle with discouragement. It helps to know others care. Thank you. emoticon

Please feel free to enter any prayers you would like to share with other friends. We each need to pray for one another. And I, in particular, need to humble myself and allow those who would, to pray for me.
Today I am especially concerned for my friend, Sandy, who is suffering blood clots in her legs. She currently is hospitalized.
My other concern is for my eldest son, Bob, who needs a job and to get his life in good order. I can only hope and pray. He is currently homeless and we cannot put him up due to our landlord who has taken a dislike to him.
