Hey guys, I'm Michelle. I'm 19 and I just finished my freshman year of college. I've not been very active the last several months due to a knee injury back in September 2012. I got surgery in March of this year and I'm finally recovered enough to slowly ease back into physical activity this summer. My challenge now is to find the right balance between working hard enough to make progress but not pushing so hard that I re-injure myself.

I'm Phoebe. This is the end of my senior year in highschool. I've been extremely active until this semester, when I slacked off. I'm feeling the effects. I want to begin College on a good foot, not battle my impending college weight Along with my Senior Slack off weight.

Hi, I'm Rachel, I'm a freshman at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, first semester I did pretty well at fending off the freshman 15, even lost about 10 pounds, since coming back this semster, things are moving the opposite way. I'm looking to not only keep off the freshman 15, but also lose a significant amount of weight in the next year.

Hey Everyone! I'm Rayma and am currently a second semester sophomore in college. I gained my "freshman 15" first semester sophomore year (oh, the irony lol) and am working out to lose my 15 and establish a healthy lifestyle. I am also training myself to run a 5K by May (hopefully be able to run it in 30 minutes), so any fitness tips would be great! Glad to meet everybody and good luck as we reach our goals!
