We are happy to have you with us. There is an app that I use for my Droid so I'm pretty sure that there is one out there for I Phone.
I think that just checking in on a daily basis with a group that you are comfortable with can make a huge difference. Our "Let's Chat" group is very supportive. Also our "On-Point Challenge" focuses on sticking with the basics. Just suggestions. You have to find what works best for you. We are just here to support that!

Hey, I am new to this group but I have been using spark people on and off for a year or so I think, but I never stick with it for more than a week. Same thing with weight loss it seems. I am very good and getting things started, and I feel like I know what to do, I just don't stick with it. Any advice? also, I get super busy in the afternoon and dont get back on here to enter foods eaten and things, is there a mobile app that anyone knows about??
Today I have decided to get back to work on losing weight and the best way for me, I believe, is to get up early. I made it to the gym early this morning to ensure that I still have time for all the work that usually keeps me from the gym. wish me luck! Hope I do something this time, because Im starting to not recognize myself.
