Hi, Charlotte emoticon
Welcome to SP and the UK Teamemoticon
You're off to a good start, Well done!!
Are you a novice Runner/jogger? Take a look at Spark Your way to a 5K on the SP website. You might find it helpful in giving you a training programme to follow. I've never been a runner/jogger, although over the years I've walked quite a lot. Two years ago I followed the Nike+ Walk to Run programme on the Nike website. I never thought I'd be able to jog for 30min, but I did it. It worked using interval training gradually building up from walking to running.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Keep us posted with your progress.
Best Wishes, Angela

Hi I'm Charlotte I joined spakrpeople on Friday the reason being im useless at doing something without positive motivation and a way to keep myself on track .. I love it so far! I've got the app so I can keep it up when I'm not at my computer .. My main goals are to loose weight .. To be more healthy .. And a short term goal to be able to run/ jog for 30 minutes easily .. I started on Friday doing 10 mins a night jogging / running and today I've gone up to 15 :D .. I'm 17 a smoker and a really easy going person .. Ive recently gained quite a lot of weight due to the holidays and a horrible breakup coming at the same time ... SO if you've got any tips or ideas for me let me know .. And keep going everyone :)
