Apart from that there are tons of resources to explore and plenty of amazing people to connect with who will inspire you and offer lots of support. I write a blog specific to the UK where I share tips, recipes, stories...anything relating to a healthier lifestyle. Hi and I am new too and just finding my feet on here so to speak. Having had a good look around there is lots of info to take in but there is so much support.
