to the UK team. I think the best thing you can do is to be guided by the nutritional tracker, as to whether you are eating too little. The problem with not eating enough is that it can prevent you from losing weight. So........... I would just complete the tracker and see what it says. If you need more help, please ask. As to tea and coffee on the tracker: If you enter Tea - the first item is brewed tea - you can use that If you enter Coffee - select that one Tea and Coffee really have negligible calories, so you only really need to count your milk and sugar Hope this helps Tina

I'm new here and wanted to say hello, i'm having a few problems as i don't eat much and at the moment would find it hard to try and eat breakfast, does this matter at the mo? can i stick to my fittness and goals each day untill i gradually eat more? It seems strange to eat to loose some pounds but it's about being healthy. Also i tend to have a cup of tea with milk or coffee in the morning how do i add this to my nutrition tracker? The options are quite confusing, Sorry to be a bother x
