to the UK team. I think the best thing you can do is to be guided by the nutritional tracker, as to whether you are eating too little. The problem with not eating enough is that it can prevent you from losing weight. So........... I would just complete the tracker and see what it says. If you need more help, please ask.
As to tea and coffee on the tracker:
If you enter Tea - the first item is brewed tea - you can use that
If you enter Coffee - select that one
Tea and Coffee really have negligible calories, so you only really need to count your milk and sugar
